How to use
洁面并涂抹精华液或面油后，长按按钮开启Charm Lift。选择您喜欢的模式，将U形板贴合皮肤，沿下颌线、脸颊、眼部和颈部缓慢向上滑动。请使用轻柔的向上和向外运动，而非用力按压。每个区域停留1至2分钟，总使用时间控制在10分钟以内。建议每日早晚使用以获得最佳效果。每次使用后，请用软布擦拭清洁面板。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'd been interested in this product for a while, and when I saw it on sale during Beauty Day, I decided to take the plunge and buy it. This is my first facial beauty device, but it's easy to use and I can feel the effects. I feel like it's reducing facial swelling. I'm hoping that if I continue using it, it will reduce sagging and have a lifting effect. The only downsides are that it's a bit tingly when set to the strong setting, and the operation noise is loud, but otherwise I'm very satisfied.
I think it's not enough for people who have used other EMS facial beauty devices. There is no choice of strength, and it's really weak, so I can't tell if it's working. It's worth the price.
It caught my eye and was cheap, so I bought it. Here are my impressions after using it for just under a month. I use it over a sheet mask. The plate is curved, so it's easy to slide. There are four modes, but I like mode 4 (EMS & warmth & vibration & red/blue LED). I'm not sure about the effects at all, so I'm rating it a 3 at the moment, but I'll change the rating if I find anything good in the future. If it was waterproof, I could use it in the bath, and I think it would be even easier to use.
My son gave me this as a surprise birthday present! I wonder if he saw me using a cheap roller and was thinking of me? Lol. I use it every morning before applying makeup and at night after using a face mask. Whenever I feel like my face is swollen, I feel like the blood flow to my face improves. Regular gua shas are cold, but the hassle of heating them up makes me want to skip them, but this one heats up quickly and I can put it in my makeup bag and use it right away. I'm so grateful to my son!
I wondered if the price was worth it, but I wanted to try EMS, so I bought it as a trial. It's compact and palm-sized, so it seems easy to carry around. The EMS has a strong tingling sensation, and it makes my face feel firmer and lifted.
