How to use

What are your shipping rates?
On orders under US$75, shipping is a flat US$20 to the United States and US$10 to all other countries.

How long does international shipping take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan. As of 22 July 2026:
- United States: 12 to 15 business days
- Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany: 9 to 12 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, India, Indonesia, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland: 10 to 13 business days
- China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam: 8 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 11 to 18 business days

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. We offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I think it's not enough for people who have used other EMS facial beauty devices. There is no choice of strength, and it's really weak, so I can't tell if it's working. It's worth the price.
I wondered if the price was worth it, but I wanted to try EMS, so I bought it as a trial. It's compact and palm-sized, so it seems easy to carry around. The EMS has a strong tingling sensation, and it makes my face feel firmer and lifted.
My son gave me this as a surprise birthday present! I wonder if he saw me using a cheap roller and was thinking of me? Lol. I use it every morning before applying makeup and at night after using a face mask. Whenever I feel like my face is swollen, I feel like the blood flow to my face improves. Regular gua shas are cold, but the hassle of heating them up makes me want to skip them, but this one heats up quickly and I can put it in my makeup bag and use it right away. I'm so grateful to my son!
This is a cute, palm-sized, compact electric facial massager. Given my age, I knew I needed something more substantial and expensive to be effective, but I'd never used a facial massager before, so I decided to try this one out. It had highly rated reviews, so I bought it. It has four modes and changes color. Mode 1: Warmth & Red LED Mode 2: Warmth & Vibration & Purple LED Mode 3: EMS & Vibration & Blue LED Mode 4: Warmth & EMS & Vibration & Red & Blue LED. I started with Mode 1 for my first use, and was told to gradually adjust to my liking. I was a bit nervous about the plate heating up to 42°C, but it was warm and comfortable! But there was no stimulation, so I moved on to Mode 2. The vibration felt great! I wondered what the EMS was like, so I moved on to Mode 3. Oh, it tingled, but that's ok. I decided to go all the way to Mode 4! Mode 3 isn't warm, but Mode 4 is warm and comfortable! And the effect I noticed after using it for a day was... I used it before going to bed, and the next morning after washing my face, my skin felt plump, even before applying lotion. I noticed a change in my facial lines, maybe a little slimmer? I hope that continued use will have an effect. I especially recommend it for beauty device beginners like me!
I'd been interested in this product for a while, and when I saw it on sale during Beauty Day, I decided to take the plunge and buy it. This is my first facial beauty device, but it's easy to use and I can feel the effects. I feel like it's reducing facial swelling. I'm hoping that if I continue using it, it will reduce sagging and have a lifting effect. The only downsides are that it's a bit tingly when set to the strong setting, and the operation noise is loud, but otherwise I'm very satisfied.
