Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It moisturizes well and doesn't dry out my skin even in winter. However, it doesn't have any special properties, so considering the price, I probably won't buy it again.
It has a nice scent and penetrates deeply. It leaves your skin feeling refreshed and moisturized, so it's a product you'll want to use for a long time.
I received a sample along with the lotion, so I tried it. It's not sticky, and I like the feel. I used the whole line at night, and was surprised to feel how smooth my face felt when I washed it the next morning. However, I'm thinking I should try the actual product, since it might just be my imagination, but I'm hesitant about the price. 5,000 yen... I'm still thinking about whether to buy it or not. Samples usually don't last all at once, so I used the other half in the morning. It doesn't get in the way of applying sunscreen, so it seems easy to use.
This is my first purchase. I first bought the face wash and then the cream. They all felt good to use, so I decided to buy the lotion and emulsion. I'm currently using the entire line, thinking that using them might be especially effective, and the lotion is very moisturizing. It feels really hydrated. The cost performance is also good. I think this series in particular specializes in lifting. There's a huge difference between when I'm using it and when I'm not. The lifting effect is amazing. What's more, the price is reasonable considering the effect. It feels good to use.
