Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's great for dry winter days. I bought the small one first and used it. It's an all-in-one product, but it's very moisturizing, so it's great for dry days. It can get in your nails if you have long nails, but it's portable and doesn't take up much space, so I find it very useful for trying out all-in-one products that are difficult to use.
The moisturizer prescribed by my dermatologist isn't enough, so I'm hoping this will help. I've been using it without any problems so far, but sometimes I suddenly get allergic reactions, so I hope that won't happen.
My skin has been dry and red recently, but this product doesn't irritate my skin and doesn't make it worse, so I think I'll keep using it.
