Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use Carte HD lotion and emulsion for my regular skincare routine. The official website's 14-day trial kit included a trial pouch, and I was impressed by how non-sticky and pleasant it felt to use. Tsuruha sells a 20g mini bottle (enough for 15 days) at their storefront, so I've been taking just this with me when I travel ever since.
I have sensitive, dry, and atopic skin. I bought this because I was feeling dry and itchy. So far, I haven't had any itchy skin, so I'm happy with the product! However, I've noticed that itching can occur if I continue to use it, so I'll wait and see.
It seemed like it would be good for combination skin, so I bought a mini size to try it out. I used it at night as a finishing cream rather than as an all-in-one, and when I woke up in the morning, my forehead and nose were not as oily. It was a little lacking in moisturizing power for applying to my cheeks. I plan to use it on specific areas.
I was looking for something lighter to act as a lid on my skin after using lotion and serum, when emulsion feels too heavy, so I bought the mini size. It's a smooth, moisturizing gel, so I plan to use it again in the summer.
I bought this for my daughter who is in middle school. I'm in my 50s and have dry skin, so I didn't feel like this was enough, but it seems to have improved my daughter's skin. The roughness around her nose seems to have improved.
