Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I'm on my third bottle. It works great for me, so I'm back to buying it! I was interested in retinol, but I had a severe allergic reaction, so I tried many other brands, but nothing worked. Is this serum the same as retinol? I heard it had similar effects, so I gave it a try. Rather than seeing immediate results, I noticed my skin texture improved and became smoother by the time I finished using one bottle. I actually switched to a different serum after that, but somehow that "smoothness" disappeared, so I went back to this one. I think it's a product that only gets better with continued use. It may not be suitable for people who like to try new things all the time, but I recommend it for those with sensitive skin who like to stick with the products they like. For the time being, I'll stick with my Vitamin C morning and Silk Serum night routine!
