How to use
日常洁面时，取适量洁面乳于掌心，加水或温水揉搓起泡，轻柔按摩全脸，避开眼周区域，然后用清水或温水彻底冲洗干净。需要特别护理时，取适量洁面乳于掌心，直接涂抹于毛孔粗大或肌肤粗糙的部位，例如T区，避开眼周区域。以打圈的方式轻柔按摩全脸。停留约30秒后，加水或温水揉搓起泡，然后彻底冲洗干净。建议每周使用1-2次。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used a sample. It's a non-irritating scrub, but the scent is spicy, like coriander, and I don't like it. I don't think I'd want to use it on a daily basis.
I've bought it again
I've bought this product many times. Kanebo also makes a mud-type product, but I prefer the scent of this one. The citrus and herb scent leaves you feeling refreshed. It's also convenient and great that you can spread the clay, massage it in, and then add water to create a lather. It lathers up really well, so washing your face feels great. I'm not sure if it directly works on blackheads, but I think it helps remove dullness.
I received a sample and used it, and the roughness disappeared, so I bought the full product! I use it once or twice a week! If you have sensitive skin, using it too much may cause redness.
