Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It feels very moisturizing. Looking at the ingredients, it seems to contain retinol, so I wonder if it's better not to use it in the morning. There was no specific explanation on the official website, but it might be better to use sunscreen in the morning.
Dry skin has been a hot topic on social media recently, and many celebrities have recommended it, so I decided to buy it since I had just run out of eye cream. I use a different eye cream in the morning, so I use this at night. To be honest, I don't think it's that much more moisturizing than other products. However, it improves wrinkles and prevents blemishes, and it's additive-free and has a bubble-like texture, so I thought it would be easy to continue using. For now, I'd like to use up the whole bottle.
I use it for dry eyes. I thought it wouldn't work for a while, but after using it, my dry eyelids gradually became smoother and more to the touch, which was great!
I apply a generous amount around my eyes and mouth before going to bed. My skin feels moisturized and firm in the morning. I'm grateful for the results at this price.
