Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was worried about scalp odor so I read reviews and bought this! It turned out to be the best for me! I saw on YouTube that you shampoo once, massage your scalp with jojoba oil, and then shampoo again, so I tried it, but shampooing twice is a bit of a pain, so with this, I can just wet my hair, massage the scalp, and then shampoo, which is really helpful! It also gets rid of scalp odor and leaves my scalp feeling refreshed. The price is pretty good, so I wonder if it's worth it to continue using it. I'll use it as a special treatment once a week. But I'll definitely buy it again when I run out lol
No matter what shampoo you use, if you use this before shampooing, I think you'll get a much better result! It doesn't feel too cold even in winter, and it leaves your scalp feeling the most refreshed! I recently switched to a cheaper commercial shampoo, but it tends to get sticky, so I'm using this again... I'll definitely keep using it!
I received a sample. The product itself was quite expensive, but I thought it might not be cost-effective because you only need to use a large amount at a time. However, when I shampooed with it, it created a tremendous amount of foam. My head felt so refreshed! Even though it's expensive, it's an effect that makes me want to use it again. My hair feels a little rough, but I think of it as a special treatment for occasional use.
The shampoo lathers better, and my hair feels smoother than usual after washing! It didn't leave my scalp feeling as refreshed as I'd imagined, so I wondered if there was some other reason for it... and when I shampooed, I was surprised to find that a smaller amount than usual produced a thicker, fuller lather than usual! Even after drying with a hair dryer, my hair felt smooth. However, perhaps because I have thick, coarse hair, I had trouble getting it to work into my scalp... I'd love some official advice if they had any tips, lol (I wonder if they write about it on their website... I'd be happy if Suzykirei could create a page introducing how to use it properly! lol)
It has a refreshing scent and feels great to use. The shampoo lathers well with half the amount of regular shampoo. However, I wish it was a little cheaper.
