Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been interested in this cleanser for a while because it's Ultime8∞, so I finally bought it! The texture exceeded my expectations, and as it says it contains oil, it leaves my skin feeling moisturized and fluffy, even in this dry season. It also lathers up nicely and has a long-lasting lather, so I'm very satisfied!!
The oil was very good, so I thought this might suit my taste, but it wasn't as good as I expected. There's no need to double cleanse after the oil cleanser, but when I tried it, it left my skin feeling refreshed, so it might not be suitable for people with dry skin. I use it to wash my face in the morning, and it leaves my skin feeling refreshed while still moisturizing.
I was originally using KANEBO's Comfort Stretch Wash, a string-free facial cleanser, but I ran out of it and am now using Shu Uemura's cleansing oil, so I bought this face wash from the same brand. It's part of Shu Uemura's Ultime series, and the product description said it had a rich lather, but when I used it, it wasn't at all dense. Even when I used a lot, the lather felt thin... I was disappointed. I realized how rich KANEBO's face wash is. I'll go back to KANEBO when I finish using it!

Their cleansing products are well-known, but I think this one is also a hidden gem. It cleanses effectively, but doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry. It lathers well, and best of all, since using it in conjunction with Shu's cleanser, my dark spots have clearly faded and my acne has decreased. This face wash is recommended for both dry and oily skin. If I had to point out an area for improvement, it would be that it doesn't leave my skin feeling as moisturized as Shu's cleanser, so I wish it left my skin feeling just as moisturized...
