How to use
用手按住盖子[1]，然后按箭头方向旋转喷嘴[2]。首先，将喷嘴里的液体倒出几次。取适量于掌心，轻轻涂抹于面部和身体。擦掉喷嘴里剩余的液体。使用过程中请勿打开盖子。打开盖子会导致空气进入内袋，使内容物难以挤出。如果已经打开，请再次拧紧盖子，并按压喷嘴直至内容物挤出。当空气开始与内容物一起挤出时，说明剩余量不多。如果继续按压后仍然没有液体挤出，则说明剩余量不多。

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's fragrance-free and alcohol-free, so it's safe for sensitive skin, dry skin, and even babies. The whole family shares it. It's a lotion, but it's actually a milky lotion. It's odorless, not sticky, and doesn't dry out the skin, so it adheres well to the skin.
I've used several mini-sized samples. I find it very useful because it can be used on both the body and face. I think it might not be moisturizing enough for everyday use on the face, but it doesn't sting even when my skin is very rough, and when I travel, I only need to bring one bottle with me, so it's a great talismanic cosmetic.
