Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's the cutest soap I've ever used for sensitive areas, and it lathers well and is perfect in every way! It can take care of dark spots and moisturize at the same time, and it keeps the area clean without irritation, so I recommend it as a first-time user of sensitive area care!
I really like this soap for the delicate zone because it can take care of odor and dryness just by changing the soap! I used to have problems with dryness and itching, but now my skin doesn't get dry as easily, so I have fewer problems and I'm very satisfied ^ ^ My skin feels moisturized after washing ♪
I bought it because it had good reviews. It lathers well and has a nice scent, so it's easy to use. I think it would be easier to continue using it if it was a little cheaper.
This soap for the delicate zone was excellent because it gently washes the area with plenty of foam while preventing darkening of the delicate zone. One push creates a sufficient amount of foam, washes without friction, and I love the soft, gentle, sweet scent. It especially solves the problems of odor and stuffiness during menstruation, making it comfortable. It's also very easy to use as it's a pump type.
I've been using this a lot lately because of the luxurious bottle and how well it lathers! It doesn't sting, so I highly recommend it.
