Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I received a sample from Decenssia as a birthday present and used it. It fits snugly on the skin, and the size is just right for me. It's part of the sensitive skin series, so the serum doesn't sting, and my skin felt firmer after use. I got the impression that it contains less serum than other masks. After removing it, I applied the essence and cream from the same series to moisturize my skin.
I used this as a Biteki supplement. Wrinkle-reducing products often cause rough skin, but this one plumped up my skin without causing any roughness. Since it's just one sheet, it's hard to say whether I'll notice a big difference, but I'd like to continue using it depending on the opportunity and price.
I received one as a birthday gift when I was subscribing. It only needs to be left on for five minutes, so it's perfect for when you're busy. It's expensive, so I don't use it often, but I think it would be useful when I'm busy but still want to take good care of my skin.
It's a thick, soft, high-quality sheet. However, it's a little small. It's stretchy and stretches well, but it tends to float up when stretched, so if you have a large face, it might not cover your entire face. After peeling it off, it leaves your skin feeling surprisingly refreshed, and the next morning, it retains moisture and leaves your skin feeling plump and supple. I liked the feel, but since each sheet costs over 1,000 yen, I'd like to buy it again for special occasions.
