Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used it every day except midsummer. I bought several more. However, when I started using it again this fall, I noticed that it was sticky and didn't spread well. I'm thinking of switching to a different brand. The ingredients are good and it's effective, but the whole process of warming it up with your hands is a pain. I hope they improve it.
It does have moisturizing power. I think it doesn't spread well unless I apply it immediately after lotion. It's not a tube type, so it's a bit difficult to use. I'm very satisfied with the moisturizing power.
I have oily, dry skin. Because my face tends to get shiny, I've avoided moisturizing creams until now, but a lady at the herbal peeling salon I go to told me that moisturizing is important, so I started using this. Compared to the moisturizing Korean creams I used, this one has helped reduce dryness and leave my skin feeling plumper and supple. It has a heavy texture, but it's not oily and blends easily, and it doesn't cause acne! I've never found a cream I've used that I thought was great, but this one is one I'll definitely be buying again! The stylish lid design makes opening and closing it fun! ☆彡(o^^o) After falling in love with Orbis's "The Cleansing Oil," I became a huge Orbis fan, and I've started buying their facial cleansers, serums, and other products. I also appreciate the fact that many of their products come in refills, which is environmentally friendly.
My skin feels soft and supple the next morning! I already purchased the original product from the official website, so this time I used my points to get a great deal on the refill! Shipping was fast, and I'm very satisfied.
