Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
I bought this because I had used it before and it was cheap but good. It helps with sagging skin and makes makeup stick better, so I'd like to buy it again.
I've been using HABA White Lady as an introductory beauty serum for over 10 years, but when I tried it one winter I was surprised at how firm my skin was! I think it improves the firmness of the skin. After that I used Lift Up Serum even in the summer, but in the past few years I've had frequent breakouts, so I went back to using White Lady in the winter. Things have calmed down over the past year, so I bought it again for the first time in a while for this fall and winter.
The skin where it is applied will clearly become taut.
Rather than lifting the skin, it gives it a glossy finish. I use this on my décolleté and other areas, not on my face! It's easy to use and gives a glossy finish, so if you change the way you use it, it's easy to use!
I tried it a few years ago and didn't really notice any results, but when I tried it again after a long time since I turned 50, it was great. It moisturized my skin and reduced my nasolabial folds. It may depend on your age and the condition of your skin.
