Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I wanted to try an acid-heat treatment, and I bought it because it was just the right price. The smell wasn't well-received, but it's tolerable. It smells a bit like grandma's dressing table... Even if I don't have to put up with the smell, I'm sure there are better treatments out there, so it's not too bad. The trial pouch came in a pink and blue set, and while the blue one smells better, the slightly more expensive pink one felt more manageable. It also has the scent of shampoo, so the smell isn't too strong even after drying. I might reconsider if I have the opportunity. It doesn't cause itching, tangles, or is difficult to rinse, so I'd give it 4 stars.
I saw this product on Qoo10 and bought it during the mega sale. My hair is very curly, dry, and I often have problems with coarseness. It has a Calm Night Musk scent, but it doesn't last very long, so I thought it would be easy to use even for people who don't like strong scents. My hair felt moisturized after washing, but the next morning it was less manageable than I expected. One bottle lasted me over a month, so I thought it was economical.
I used the trial size. I've been experiencing a lot of frizz and dryness lately, so I decided to try this. I think the pink one would have been better. I'm still not sure if I want to buy the full version...
I used a sample. I think the premium mask gave my hair more control. It left my hair feeling very smooth. The scent was also subtle. I'm considering buying the full product.
