Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

First of all, the packaging is stylish and I love it, so it makes me feel good when I use it! When I used it in the bath, the sweet, lovely scent of honey and flowers was soothing! When I applied this product after shampooing and then used it as a treatment, it absorbed more smoothly than usual, and when I rinsed it out, my hair was moisturized and supple! The next day, my hair was more moisturized than usual, and the moisture inside my hair made it supple, even though it was usually dry and stiff! It's become one of my favorite products!

I bought this because I wanted a convenient hair mist. I recommend it for lazy people. The scent is nice and relaxing.
I use it in the bath as a primer before applying treatment. I wondered for a while if it would work, but I feel like my hair is in better condition after using it, so I've repurchased the refills many times. I like it as an in-bath product, but when I tried using it once to straighten my hair, it was sticky and didn't work. It might work if your hair is very dry, but if not, I recommend using it in the bath. It's not expensive, and it's not a hassle to just spray it on, so I think I'll keep using it.
