Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to apply. The tip is thick, but if you lay it flat, you can also apply it to the end of your eyebrows. The color is light, so it's hard to make mistakes. I apply eyebrow mascara on top of it, so it's okay to apply it carelessly, which is great for saving time in the morning.

I tend to like thick brows, so I use this to create the overall shape and apply it, but it's too thin, so I use a darker pen later to fill in the finer details. It's easy to use and I love it, so I hope it never runs out. Natural Brown is a brown that blends in well.
