Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This product is designed with sensitive skin in mind, but it doesn't just moisturize; it also seems to bring out the skin's strength. It's light, but I could really feel it penetrating my skin and moisturizing it. It was a happy reunion. I hope to use this opportunity to continue my relationship with it.
I use the lotion and cream together! It's smooth and easy to use. My skin got rough with the change of seasons, but it's calmed down now. It also seems to be improving my troublesome pores.
It's smooth and easy to use. You can even use it in the morning before applying makeup. You wouldn't even know it was an oil unless someone told you. It moisturizes your skin so well once you apply it, so it doesn't dry out your skin even in strong air conditioning. I think it's a pretty unremarkable serum, in a good way.
It has a gel-like texture that spreads easily and blends smoothly into the skin. It's not sticky, but it makes the skin feel so soft and supple that it sticks to your hands, and the moisture lasts even the next day, so I think it has particularly excellent moisturizing properties. It has no scent or irritation, so it's an easy-to-use product.
