Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to pick up and apply eyeshadow! The tip is a little large, so you can apply it widely. There are multiple tips, so you can separate the eyeshadow colors.
I had never seen it in person, but I didn't have time to go out and buy it, so I bought it from Suzykirei shopping. The tip is smaller than the ones I've used before. After applying eyeshadow, I use the tip to draw my brows (maybe roughly?), so a smaller tip makes it easier to control the thickness of my brows. However, perhaps because the tip is small, the sponge is hard and doesn't have the softness you get when applying eyeshadow. A softer sponge would be better, as it would reduce friction. I guess that can't be helped, since it's cheap. Overall, it's not bad. I'm grateful that it's listed on Suzykirei shopping. It's nice to be able to buy it quickly when you're in a pinch.
