Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The packaging is simple and cute. The brush is large, but it manages to keep some hair in place. However, it can be difficult to keep thicker hair in place.
It keeps flyaway hair and short parted hair in check without clumping it into a crispy mess. It's easy to put in your pouch and has a nice scent.
The scent is amazing. I'm very satisfied with the natural, organic scent that seems to be available at Cosme Kitchen. The hold is decent. It's not as strong as a cape, but it's still a good product for detangling, so I think it's reasonable. Honestly, there are many better deals in terms of functionality, and it's not much different from what you can buy at a drugstore. The scent is what matters. The scent of a hair stick generally only lasts when you apply it, but since it's close to my face, I care about it a lot. I usually use it in the morning when I'm feeling a bit cranky, so the scent tends to be stronger. Drugstore products are good, but I ended up not liking the drugstore scent, which is kind of cheap, so I ended up going with Osaji. It has a refreshing scent that I love. It's not sweet, but it's clean and refreshing. At first smell, I thought it was a toilet, but since it's a luxury relaxation restroom, I decided it was okay. I'll definitely buy it again.
