How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The amount of liquid is just right, not too little and not too much! I use it to moisturize in the morning and evening ^_^ I also like that the size and shape of the pack is perfect for my face... I like how the eye area is open from the start!
It's filled with so much serum that even after I've finished using it, there's still plenty of it left! When my skin is super dry, it can sting a little, but normally it's not that noticeable. It's a refreshing pack that seems like it would be great for spring and summer.
It contains a generous amount of serum, which gives it a good moisturizing effect. After use, your skin will feel fresh and moisturized.
It's a refreshing mask with an orange scent. I usually use it in the morning. It says it's an all-in-one mask, but in the winter, I need to use lotion.
The soaked sheet moisturizes and soothes summer heat. I always use this as part of my skincare routine when I go outside. On days when it's so hot you feel like you might burn, it's scary to think about how much strain it puts on your skin. However, this mask eases those worries. The liquid stays on until the very end, so you can use it with peace of mind. Compared to the super-rich moisturizing anti-aging care mask from the same line, I definitely recommend this one. This one has fewer active ingredients, but it's still mild and I think it will cover your basic skincare needs.
