Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's a light yet thick oil! It leaves your skin feeling moisturized and refreshed after washing, so it's great for any season!
It's gentle and cleanses pores and dead skin cells! It's an oil, but it's not heavy and feels smooth. I massaged it in gently and it removed makeup well. For heavy makeup like mascara, it's probably better to use a point remover. I personally found the strong smell of the oil a bit bothersome, but I like how it feels to use! I also like how the packaging is simple and stylish.
99.9% plant-derived ingredients! It's gentle and removes dead skin cells and pore impurities. This is the first time I've heard of plum oil, but it doesn't have a particularly plum-like smell. It's a thick, smooth oil that leaves your skin feeling clean and not sticky after washing, but also moisturized! It's probably better to use a dedicated remover for point makeup. The pump is a little heavy to press. The simple, natural packaging is cute.
