Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Scent: It reminds me of strawberry-flavored toothpaste. It's not particularly fragrant, and it's not so strong that you can enjoy it while washing. It lathers well and is refreshing without irritation, but I didn't feel it was drying. I used the regular size before, and am now using the big size. Like the other big sizes, it lasts for about six months. It doesn't lather well, but it has just the right amount of cleansing power, so it's great for dry skin. The big size has a pump, so it's cheaper and easier to use than the regular size.
After rinsing, the scent was less than I expected.
The sweet scent is soothing! However, it's not a pure strawberry scent, it feels a bit floral. After washing, my skin doesn't feel tight, but rather moisturized.
I found this travel-size product in a lucky pouch I bought at the end of 2019. Packaging: The ease of opening this packaging seems to vary. This time, I was lucky and was able to open it with my fingers. Texture: When using the separately sold Bath Lily, it lathers up very quickly. A slightly smaller amount than a 500-yen coin is enough for my entire body. I even had a 500-yen coin-sized amount left over. Blending: The fine foam blends in with just a light pat of the Bath Lily, and rinsing is easy. The feel is the same regardless of the scent. Moisturizing: My skin feels smooth after washing, so I don't even need body cream. Skin irritation: None. Compared to the hair care product, the strawberry scent of the shower gel isn't overpowering and doesn't linger, so I can enjoy the scent during my bath time without having to worry about fragrance etiquette. My skin still felt smooth the next morning, and I'm very satisfied with the experience.
