Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

This is a repeat purchase. Towany cotton is characterized by its tightly packed, slightly stiff texture. I previously purchased this product on recommendation from a specialty store, but I ran out and recently purchased a similar-sized product from a different manufacturer at a drugstore. It was a little thin, but soft and not too bad. However, when I used it to blend in lotion, it started to wrinkle and left fibers on my face. I'd forgotten that using the wrong type of cotton can leave fibers on your face. I realized that the Towany cotton, which I'd thought was nothing special, was actually a very good product, so I bought it again. Speaking of which, Kanebo's drugstore cotton was also excellent. I think I'll buy it again when I run out.

This is my first time buying the Double-Faced Cotton Pads N Benefique. It's convenient because you can use both lotion and toner on one side of the pad. I also recommend them for nail polish (use the firmer glitter remover), and I'd definitely buy them again!

Although the packaging was different, I used the same Towany cotton. It's thin cotton. It feels good on the skin and isn't stiff, but it's not particularly elastic. It's large and easy to use. It doesn't pill, so I was able to use it for patting, lotion, emulsion, and wipe-off serum without it getting wrinkled.
