Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's neither good nor bad. I like the scent, which is like a diluted version of the old Tissera scent (maybe green?), but the scent doesn't last long. I bought it in bulk because it was cheap, so I'll use it for a while, but I don't think I'll buy it again after that.
I tried it because it had good reviews. It suited my hair very well. It moisturized and made my hair manageable. My hair became easier to manage. It felt really good. But, as you'd expect, looking at the reviews, it seems like some people like it and some don't. I don't know for sure. If it's compatible with my hair, I think it will leave a manageable finish. I also liked the scent.
I bought this silicone-free shampoo and conditioner at a discounted price, and I've been buying it again ever since. It's amazing! At this price, I get compliments on how smooth my hair is just by using the shampoo and conditioner. The scent is lovely, too, so I highly recommend it.
I use it often because it's inexpensive. To be honest, it's not particularly better than other shampoos, but I have no complaints about the scent, lather, lather rinsing, or after-wash feeling. I use it when I want to save money, and it's not a special day or an important day. I think it's fine if you don't have any hair problems.
