Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was looking for a shampoo that was good value for money and found this. It's cheap! I thought it was good for the price. I think I could get it even cheaper from a drugstore. My dry hair has improved a little after using it a few times. The scent is also apple-like, which I personally like.
This is a product that I highly rate. It's reasonably priced, and I could feel the smoothness of my hair even when shampooing. I felt that it was easy to wash even with long hair. I will be buying it again for a while.
First of all, the packaging is cute!!! And the most important thing is that it smells amazing!!! It smells like the epitome of femininity and I'm sure it will be popular. It repairs damage, and the conditioner has a rich texture that I love, leaving my hair smooth when I rinse it off!! Wow, isn't this great value for money?! I applied hair oil and dried my hair, and it became super shiny! It was moisturized and manageable. And the nice smell lingers for a long time even after it's dried!
I only use this shampoo. It's the best shampoo I've ever used, and I've been using it a lot lately. My hair is curly and tends to dry out, but even with just the shampoo, it's relatively smooth and moisturized. I like to lather up my shampoo a lot, so it's good that it's inexpensive. Compared to other shampoos, it feels sticky after rinsing, but it doesn't bother me that much. I plan to keep using it as long as I don't run into any problems!
I have curly hair that has lost its body, but since using this product, it has become moist and shiny. I think it has improved the quality of my hair.
