Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Since I have single eyelids, the fibers tend to get in my eyes, so I usually use fiber-free mascara. I usually buy KATE again. It's a brush type, but it's not difficult to apply. I use a perm, so I don't know how long the curl will last, but although it says it's long-lasting, since it's fiber-free, I don't think it adds length. It seems like it won't come off easily, so I'll give it a try for a while.
It looked beautiful immediately after application, but I think it may be because my lashes aren't very strong, but over time they seemed to become soft and fluffy. It seems like it would be good for people with strong lashes or who want a fluffy finish.
