Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have very dry, sensitive skin. The good thing about this product is that it doesn't irritate my skin no matter what the conditions. The only downside is that using this lotion alone can be drying, except in the middle of summer, so I use Dive-in Serum after it. Since I have dry skin, I need to use lotion and cream afterwards.
It seems to be effective for dry skin. It's not sticky, so it doesn't feel heavy even when applied multiple times, making it an easy-to-use lotion.
It's very refreshing. Maybe because the lotion I used before was thick, this product is so refreshing that I wonder if I should use more. I'd like to continue using it for a little longer!
It's refreshingly smooth and odorless. I'm looking for a lotion that's minimally moisturizing and non-irritating, so this is perfect. The malachite ingredient that gives it its blue color also seems to have anti-inflammatory properties, which gives me peace of mind. The feel is almost the same as my favorite THE LAB by blanc doux, but I switched to this one because I found it lacking in moisturizing power. I'm now using it without any complaints, and I feel like this one is slightly more moisturizing. I'm considering repurchasing it as a lotion that I can use safely even when my skin is rough.
I use it as a pre-lotion before applying a thicker lotion. It's refreshing, but perfect for when you feel like you're lacking moisture.
