Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

Dr. G is great for sensitive skin during the change of seasons. It really does make your skin smooth.
It has a subtle, refreshing scent. It's clear and has a smooth texture, but it's also a little thick and silky. I mistakenly bought it thinking it was a regular lotion, but it's actually a wipe-off lotion. When I used it as a wipe-off lotion, it was light and hydrating, but it also had some moisturizing properties, so I didn't feel any irritation when wiping it off. It also seems to be able to be used as a cotton pack, so I tried it and it did seem to reduce the redness of my skin. It's not sticky and has a light, refreshing feel. It's not heavy, so I found it easy to use. It exfoliates well, but is also hypoallergenic.
My skin was red and bumpy, so I was looking for a lotion with a soothing effect and a refreshing feel, and this caught my eye. I'm so glad I bought it! It seems to have really soothed my skin, as the redness has decreased and the bumps have gradually gotten better! It's not sticky and feels like it's hydrating. I think it's a very easy-to-use lotion.
It reduces redness on the face. It's such a good product that I want to get the whole skincare line. It's perfect for my thin, sensitive skin.
