Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I use it every morning when I wash my face. My rough spots have disappeared and I'm less likely to get acne.
I'm sorry, but I'm giving it less stars because I'm concerned about the filmy feeling it leaves behind. The gel is just the right consistency, so it might be good for massaging while cleansing. It feels similar to Lagom cleansing, which I'm not a fan of. It might be good for people with dry skin.
It's not a mild peeling type that removes dead skin cells in flakes, but rather feels like a normal massage and cleanse like a gel face wash. I can't really tell if it's removing unnecessary dead skin cells, but because it's mild, it doesn't seem to put too much strain on my skin. When I first started using it, I didn't really know how to use it, so I used it with wet hands, but it seems to be the type that you use with dry hands. When I use it with dry hands, I do feel a bit of peeling, but either way, it's mild.
