Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I've been using this for over a year. I use about one to one and a half bottles per month. As I mentioned in my previous post, I sometimes massage it into my skin with my palms, but I've started using it as a daily face mask. I apply it for 30 minutes, sometimes up to an hour, adding toner as needed to prevent it from drying out. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized, so I use Blanc and Limp afterward. My skin is no longer dry. The pores on my cheeks are almost completely gone, and I'm so happy! (´∀｀)～♪ It's true that the smooth texture allows it to penetrate the skin so easily. By the way, I also use Eporache for makeup remover, soap, and UV cream. I think that avoiding skin damage with face wash and unnecessary makeup stress at the same time will result in more beautiful skin. ーーーーー2014/11/19 09:58:37ーーーーーI've also used two bottles of Omega. Two bottles a month. It took a toll on my wallet, but it was great. But!! Since switching to this, my skin texture has improved, it's whiter, and my skin feels better than ever. My makeup doesn't come off, either. This seems to be a better fit. This is truly an amazing lotion. It's smooth, yet feels moisturized after just one application. I used to suffer from atopic dermatitis, so if I neglected moisturizing or used ingredients that didn't suit me, my skin would quickly become red and itchy. That hasn't happened at all. In fact, the redness that appeared gradually subsided. My dry pores also shrunk dramatically. (But it hasn't completely eradicated them yet, so I'll have to wait and see...) I love Rimple, but I feel like this lotion is what makes it so special. lol To apply, 1) take a small amount in your palm. 2) Smooth it all over your face. 3) Press your palm into one spot for 20 seconds to let it soak in. (It's like using your palm to create a mask. Your skin will feel different once it's absorbed!) 4) Repeat steps 1-3 3-4 times. Don't rub or pat, just press your face in to absorb. Cotton packs and kitchen paper packs are good, but I feel that the palm of my hand is effective enough, so I only use packs about once or twice a week. This is a pretty shocking lotion.
I use it a lot, going through 2-3 bottles a month. It's a lotion, but strangely enough, it makes my skin so soft and supple that I don't need emulsion. I'll continue to use it, trusting Miki Okae.
The cost performance is really good. In the middle of summer, I put it in the refrigerator and use it generously after a bath. It might be a little dry in the winter, but if I cover it properly with jojoba oil or something, it's not too bad.
It penetrates into the skin smoothly. It's a smooth, watery lotion. It's inexpensive, so you can apply it generously until your skin feels plump and supple. You can even use this lotion as a lotion pack for a cheap price! I tend to be stingy and wasteful when using expensive products, but with this I can use it without any worries.
