What it is

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like the nice scent. It leaves my hands feeling refreshed after washing and doesn't cause any roughness.
It's convenient because it comes out as foam, but the fruity scent is a bit artificial and may not be to everyone's taste. It cleanses well, but it leaves your hands feeling a bit tight after washing, so it may not be suitable for people who tend to dry out their hands. It's neither good nor bad, and it's convenient to be able to get it at a drugstore, but I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.
It smells good
I've been using this for years and it's the only product I've used. I like that it comes out as foam.
I tried three different types, but this one had the strongest scent, and the scent that remained on my hands even after eating bothered me. I won't be buying it again.
