Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have fine, fine hair. I was looking for a main shampoo to use, so I bought the trial version. The shampoo's scent reminded me of a bouquet with a strong soapy feel. It lathers well and isn't squeaky. The treatment smelled like granular car air freshener... I don't like the scent of the treatment. I tried blow-drying it without the after-bath treatment, but it wasn't moisturizing enough and the scent was still the same, which I didn't like. I won't be buying it again.
I bought it because I was attracted by the scent. I've only used it once so I can't really tell how effective it is, but I'm relieved that it's safe for my sensitive scalp.
It smells good and the packaging is cute
I like the sweet scent of the shampoo, like gummy grapes, and it lathers well! After rinsing, my hair didn't feel smooth. I had high hopes for the treatment, but it didn't have the finish I was hoping for. Even when drying my hair, it was difficult to comb through a few times. Honestly, I've learned that just because something is trendy doesn't mean it's good, so I won't be buying it again. I learned something new: next time I'll buy a trial and try it out, and if it's good, I'll buy it!
