Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I bought the Floral & Patchouli. It has a gentle and elegant scent, and sometimes I smell a nice scent coming from my head, which is soothing. By the way, the Floral Musk didn't work. Just a few drops will do the trick, but be careful not to put on too much. It's good that it can be used on both hair and body, and it doesn't run out easily, so it's the best value for money.
I use this on my hair that has been bleached many times. After using a milk-based leave-in treatment and using a hair dryer, I apply this before drying it with cold air. When I wake up in the morning, the stiffness has disappeared, which is great!
