Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I had previously tried the sample size in Bloom Box and liked it so much that I decided to buy the full product. It's a smooth, non-sticky liquid with a pleasant aroma. It's an oil that calms natural hair, so I can use it with confidence.
I got a sample in my Bloom Box. I don't really like after-bath oils because they tend to be sticky, but this was fantastic. It leaves my hair feeling smooth and silky all the way to the ends. The scent is great, so I'll definitely be buying it again! I also like that it's organic.
I used the sample size that came in the Bloom Box. It has a refreshing lavender-based scent, which is unusual for a hair oil. It has a refreshing scent, so I recommend it to people who don't like sweet scents. The texture is smooth and doesn't feel sticky even when I use a lot. However, it doesn't seem to reduce the frizz of damaged hair, so I apply a milk-based treatment to wet hair, dry it a little with a hair dryer, and then apply this oil to my hair. It leaves my hair smooth and also reduces frizz, so I love it. I'll be purchasing the actual product.
