Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I used it a few years ago. I liked it because it was cheap and lasted a long time when I bought 1 liter. It was organic, but it didn't make my skin feel rough, it lathered well, and the rose scent was lovely. This is an organic silicone-free shampoo. It leaves my hair so moisturized that I wonder if it's silicone-free! My hair is thin and prone to dryness, but this shampoo seems to suit my hair type. I also like the natural rose scent. I'm a bit concerned about the price, but I keep buying it.
