●使用前请务必将护发素倒入Richer by Benefique柔顺护发素容器中。 <refilling instructions>（1）将瓶子放在平坦的表面上，慢慢地在瓶嘴顶部切开开口。*切的时候，小心不要让内容物溢出或切到开口。（2）将瓶嘴插入瓶中并固定好，双手握住，慢慢倒出。◇小心不要让液体进入眼睛。如果不慎入眼，请立即用冷水或温水冲洗。◇请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。◇请勿置于阳光直射或高温环境中。◇请勿与自来水或其他产品混合使用。◇为防止细菌滋生，请勿清洗空瓶或泵头。◇用完瓶内液体后，请将整瓶液体用完。◇重新灌装后，请将泵头拧紧。◇重新灌装后，请记下包装袋底部的生产代码（字母数字组合）。查询时可能需要用到此代码。◇如果泵头无法顺畅使用，请购买新瓶。</refilling>

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
