Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I like this product because it has a nice scent, decent cleansing and moisturizing power, and produces lots of thick foam.
The scent is soothing. As soon as you get out of the bath, the scent wafts from your body, soothing when you go to sleep. The foam is fluffy and doesn't go flat at all, so you can wash your whole body with the dense foam.

I've bought this product again. It leaves my skin feeling smooth and soft, and has excellent moisturizing power, so it's great value for money. I don't like strong scents and I get easily sick from smells, but I like the soft, unobtrusive scent of soap. I'll buy it again!
I love the scent of white soap and have been using it for about a year now. It is a body soap that can be used all year round, and even in winter it leaves some moisture on the skin, so it doesn't dry out my skin that much.
