Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I have a short bob with curly, coarse, and aging hair that's also extremely wavy. I was searching for something with a heavy feel, whether it be oil or wax, and I didn't mind a sticky texture! I found this balm. It definitely adds volume. It really manages my curly hair. It really creates wet waves that make the most of my natural curls. I also really like the sturdy bottle, which seems unbreakable even if dropped. It can also be used as a hand cream. It quickly softens into a balm with the warmth of your hands. However, it's a bit gritty, and if it's not heated enough, it sticks to your hair. It also seems to linger in your hair, requiring double shampooing. (One wash is enough to settle your hair for the day, but conditioner doesn't seem to penetrate.) Some reviewers say it takes three washes, and I thought, "That's right!" I'm worried it might stick to chair backs and car headrests. The finish itself is pretty much what I wanted, but there are other issues that bother me, so I'm not sure if I'll buy it again.
