How to use

How long does delivery take?
These estimates are for International Airmail (Tracked) and include 3 to 5 business days of processing in Japan.

Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.
We're working on rolling out prepaid duties for more countries soon.
There may be better products out there, but I don't have any particular problems with this one, so I'll continue to use it. I also think it's good value for money.
It's inconvenient to have only one cushion foundation puff, so I bought two, which is cheap and good.
This is originally intended for cushion foundation, but I use it to blend liquid concealer. Due to lack of skill, I had trouble blending it properly with a brush or my fingers, but with this I feel like I can do it well. I use the pointed end to blend it under my eyes and around my nose, and then dab it all over my cheeks to cover up the melasma.
Unfortunately, Cezanne's cushion foundation is no longer available, but I still have some left and the puff was getting worn out, so I bought this. It's inexpensive, but the teardrop shape makes it very easy to use, and I use it with other cushion foundations as well. If it's not discontinued, I'd like to buy it again. (I hope Cezanne will re-release their cushion foundation.)
