Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's easy to use, gentle on the skin, and easy to match with anything. It's moisturizing but not heavy. I probably use this product whenever I'm struggling for skincare. It's small, so it's convenient for traveling and carrying around. I find it very useful.

The one I used up was the mini size I received as a bonus for continuing my subscription! Even though it's a two-step process, it's not too much. It's easy to use and not too sticky. The full size is also perfect for travel. If you want something that's gentle on the skin, this is the one for you!
