The other day it was on sale at the drugstore, so I bought it! I've used DUO and other products before, but this one has a softer texture, and although it's pitch black when you apply it, I like how it doesn't leave a tight feeling after washing, and it thoroughly removes dirt from pores! It emulsifies and rinses off easily, and I use a heaping spoonful at a time, so I use a generous amount! It contains various ingredients, and although I haven't really felt their effects, I think it's better than nothing ^ ^ I usually wear eyelash extensions, and when I use mascara on my bottom lashes, I leave the remover on before washing, so I don't have to worry about any residue remaining.

This cleansing balm has six functions: makeup removal, face wash, pore care, sebum care, exfoliation, and massage. When applied to the skin, it melts and blends well with makeup. The balm is black, so as you blend it in, your face turns black, which is interesting and makes it easy to see where you've blended it. When emulsified, it turns gray, which also makes it easy to see where you've rinsed and where you haven't. I'm not sure about its pore care, but it doesn't dry out or make my skin feel tight, so it's good for my dry skin and I keep buying it again.

Unlabel's serum and sunscreen were lacking in intensity, and I thought the reviews were a bit off, but the cleanser was great! First of all, the spatula attaches securely to the lid! (Even with the lid-attaching types, many makeup ends up coming off.) The balm is quite soft, making it easy to spread on the face. However, it leaves my face completely black, making it hard to tell if my makeup is coming off, and I don't want others to see me...it's so dark it's scary even to look at myself. I only use waterproof mascara, and I remove it with a point makeup cleanser, which removes it quite well. Since there's no need for double cleansing, it doesn't remove too much sebum or leave my skin feeling tight, which is great. It also cleanses pores quite well for a cleanser. I like Suisai's Hunter Balm, Perfect One Focus, and The Body Shop's Cleansing Butter for balm cleansers, so I recommend this to people who like similar products!

This was my first cleansing balm, having never used one before. I bought the black one because I have oily skin and wanted to solve problems with sebum, pores, and blackheads. There's no charcoal scent at all, and the soothing vitamin scent is great as you massage in...it feels amazing! After massaging in a little water, emulsifying, and rinsing, my skin was left incredibly smooth and silky. The blackheads were completely removed after the second use, and it was so effective I regret not using it sooner.

It melts into your hands and is easy to spread. However, it does require emulsification. I always rinse immediately after spreading it, and then realize, "Oh no! I forgot to emulsify!" I'm sorry. It's because I'm used to not needing to emulsify with Orbis cleansing oil. It's pitch black, so it takes a long time to rinse. However, it's easy to tell if it's been thoroughly removed, and the faucet gets black and dirty. Also, double cleansing isn't necessary, but I do wash my face. I'm not sure about the effect on pores? I have dry skin, so I can't use it every day, so 2-3 times a week seems best. It's free of six synthetic fragrances and has a nice citrus scent that's soothing. I really like the scent! I have dry skin, so I wanted to try the black balm just once, so I bought it. Next time, I think I'll get the white type. It doesn't make my skin feel as tight as I thought it would.
