Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

The mucous membrane color is super cute. I especially recommend the natural pink, which blends in well and is easy to use with any makeup or skin tone. The color lasts well and fades beautifully, so it doesn't bother me too much! It's easy to apply and has no uneven color, so I love it!
I couldn't find a swatch image of 254 Rose Pearl, so I'll post one here. It's a vibrant yet mellow purple-pink, and I think it's perfect for people who like blue undertones. It's sparkly and cute. I feel like the pearl effect makes the color appear brighter than the actual lip color. I'm a cool winter type who likes dark tones, so this color is a little too cute for me, but layering it seems like it would be good for changing the nuance. The lip color itself is smooth but hard, so I think it will last a long time. The color retention is average, but since it's a natural color, it doesn't smudge. My lips tend to dry out easily, but so far it seems to be fine.
I received this from Ayaka! Ayaka Graceful Moisture Lipstick 278. Its rose-toned pearlescent color is elegant and beautiful, enveloping lips in a veil of moisture for plump, smooth lips. It applies smoothly! It's more pigmented and lasts longer than I expected, and the color is to my liking, so I'll be using it a lot! I think it's perfect for me, a cool-toned winter skin tone! #Ayaka
