Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

It's so thick that it will spill if you don't store it upside down. It's very easy to apply, has a nice scent, and leaves your hair moisturized and smooth. I bought a small one to carry around with me. I'll use it forever!
I like the smell and use it. It's quite light on my thick, coarse hair. Four pumps is not enough for my semi-long hair.
First of all, I love the scent! It seems like it's good value for money and will last longer than oil. For those two reasons, I think it was a good decision to buy it, but I'm not sure about the treatment effect, so I can't give it a perfect score. I color my hair once every two months, so I'm concerned about the slightly dry ends, but I feel like I can't expect the moisturizing effect to last as long as oil. It leaves my hair with a gentle, manageable finish, so I think it's best for people who don't color their hair or who have mildly damaged hair. It's easy to use as both a treatment and a hair styling product, so I'll try using it in combination with oil to find my own way.
The scent is nice, but the texture is quite loose and doesn't seem to hold together well.
