Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I love this oil and bought it. The finish and scent are perfect, but it's expensive and the amount is so small I'm not sure if I'll buy it again... Other than the price, it's great!
I'm buying this again! It makes my soft, thin, and easily tangled hair smooth and silky. The scent is sweet, which I like, but some people may not like it, so please be careful when giving it as a gift.
The scent lingers for quite a while, which is good, but the volume isn't very large for the price, so I thought the value for money was questionable. It might make a good gift.
I've been using the hair care oil from the same series, and I've been curious about the shampoo for a while, so I finally got around to buying it! I wish it came in a larger pump size, but even a small amount creates a nice lather, so I think it's a pretty good value for the money! After washing, my hair feels just the right amount of moisturized and manageable, and best of all, it has the same soothing scent as the oil! I'll definitely be buying this again!
I love the scent of Moroccan Oil, so I ended up buying the shampoo as well. I love not only the scent, but also the way it lathers and leaves my hair feeling smooth. The Airy version felt smoother than the Moisture version.
