Do you offer express shipping?

Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I was curious about this product, so I bought it. Good points: The powder fits nicely on the skin. The packaging is exciting. It's not too powdery. I think it's perfect for autumn and winter. Bad points: It crumbled under a mask. The powder doesn't stick to the puff easily. Would I buy it again.?
This loose powder is very fluffy. It leaves your skin looking like it's covered in a thin veil. The beauty advisor also mentioned that she recommends applying it with a brush rather than the included puff. The puff is fine, but applying it with a brush really takes it to the next level. The only downside is the container. It's a little too big to carry around, and the net part is a bit...unclear to use. It's hard to pick up the powder with the puff. For that reason, I recommend using a brush.
I bought this for winter use. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing powder, it's smooth and silky. It seems like it would be good for dry seasons. The puff and mesh are small and difficult to use. It's hygienic, but it's a pain to have to remove the inner lid every time. I use it by turning the container upside down with the puff pressed down. Personally, I think it would be easier to use if the mesh and puff were as big as Excel's face powder. The powder is certainly good, so I'm not sure whether to buy it again.
It had just the right amount of coverage. It was moist and didn't come off easily even after a while, so I would like to use it again.
I bought it because it was a big hit on social media, but it didn't suit my extremely dry skin.
