Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I only use it as a mist to fix my bedhead in the morning, and when I ran out I had to buy a refill. I always use hair milk, but I was attracted by the cute packaging, so I decided to buy hair water! The cute bottle design is soothing! It's lighter than milk and provides moisture during this dry season. It's also a spray type, so it's easy to use and doesn't get your hands dirty. I think that's a great thing.
