Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I can't do anything that isn't silicone-free. This shampoo is great for preventing scalp odor and also effectively removes it. I'm also grateful that the treatment is silicone-free. I'll keep using it for a while.
It seems that Kracie shampoos are generally gentle on the hair and have a gentle cleansing power. None of the shampoos I've used so far have suited my oily skin, but this one cleanses thoroughly and doesn't irritate my hair, so I'm buying my fourth one.
I saw it on YouTube and I was curious, so I tried out the three types in sachets. Pure Scalp is for scalp care, as the name suggests. It leaves a slightly refreshing feeling when you use it. However, other than this slight minty feeling, I don't really understand what is meant by scalp care. The finish is not bad, just like the other two types, but I didn't have a deciding factor for why I wanted to choose Pure Scalp, so I thought it might not be the best. I don't think it's bad.
The scent is gentle on both men and women and has a slight refreshing feeling. I have a problem with my scalp getting itchy easily, so I tried two types of Cocon Super, the scalp type and the rich type, and both were good because they didn't make my scalp itchy. However, both types didn't lather well and I felt a bit squeaky.
