Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. As of 22 July 2026, we offer International Express Mail through Japan Post. The cost is based on order weight and is calculated automatically at checkout.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
US orders: No. As of July 1, 2026, all US orders ship DDP (duties delivered prepaid), meaning we prepay all import duties on our end. Nothing is due at your door.
Orders outside the US: Possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs authority and are not collected at checkout, so any charges on delivery are your responsibility.

I liked the scent so I bought it! I didn't expect any treatment effect, so it was just that it made my hair easier to run my fingers through. The texture is not heavy. The scent didn't linger too strongly, so that was good. I would have given it a higher star if it made my hair a little softer.
The scent is not too strong and is natural, which I like! After using the hair dryer, my hair felt smoother and more moisturized than usual.
It's a little better for my hair than the other series. I'm not sure what the difference is, but it's a product I'd like to buy again and continue using for a while.
I bought one serving along with the pink version. I like the scent of this one better. I have thin hair, normal volume, and it's easy to get frizzy. I don't know if it was just a coincidence, but it didn't make my hair get messy. I'm considering buying the main product!
Both the shampoo and treatment were easy to use, with a texture that was neither too hard nor too loose, and they also foamed well. However, my hair's frizz in the morning didn't improve that much, so I didn't really feel the effects of the frizz care. My hair did feel smoother!
